The TV Season So Far

Gilmore Girls: What a disappointment! I expected so much better of Loreli by now. And shame on the PTBs for dragging me totally unwilling into Luke/Loreli in the first place, but making me a believer. Dirty pool! She never loved Max? What a crock.

Grey's Anatomy: Crap! I was a sobbing weeping little puddle by the time it was all over. Not happy with Derek at all, loving Calli more and more, poor Denny!, Doc [sob], Addison and Fin just poor them for being suckers, Alex was my hero at the end with Izzy, and those aren't words I ever expected to say. Enough happened over those three hours for most series in a few months!

Survivor: I didn't care. I wanted Terry to win, but I didn't think that was likely. On the plus side: Cook Islands! That's my fantasy destination.

Dr. Who: 'Girl in the Fireplace' was so good, and had me all weepy. Seeing the Cybermen back this week was much fun!

24: I expect an alien invasion next year.

House: Next week's season finale looks to be a humdinger! As for last night's, isn't it interesting that the only person who seems to notice his increasing pain is Cameron?

West Wing: I'd forgotten just how good is was back in the day until reviewing the first episode all over again. Not that it was terrible now, just that it really wasn't the same once Sorkin left.

Lost: Let's see what they pull out of their hats tonight. I see that Sayid is back from the previews! Yay!

Stuff to look forward to this summer: 4400, Stargate, Atlantis all back. Not TV, but a stellar event, Dead Man's Chest!! Arrr! And more new Who to watch, that's always a fine thing.

In old TV sort of news, we're discussing Highlander episodes over on my Live Journal if you'd care to peek in. It's sort of like matter and antimatter colliding, but what the heck :)

RE: Survivor - Yeah, by the end I really didn't care who won either. It was like dumb and dumber were trying to "outwit" each other and it just wasn't happening for the girlie. She came unarmed to a battle of wits.

I just about flipped when I saw that the next one will be the Cook Islands! I'll be so jealous of the next group.
