I ended up watching a lot of new shows this season. The ones I'm still watching and still enjoying are:
Women's Murder Club
I've been recording Pushing Dasies on the DVR, but still haven't had time to watch. And new to me this year is Las Vegas since Tom Selleck now stars.
Wake Up Cat. Nin emailed the link to me a few minutes ago.
No, not some rated R film, or HBO series. What shouldn't children of today watch? The original Sesame Street! The DVDs even come with a warning.
Sunny days! The earliest episodes of Sesame Street are available on digital video! Break out some Keebler products, fire up the DVD player and prepare for the exquisite pleasure-pain of top-shelf nostalgia.
Just don't bring the children. According to an earnest warning on Volumes 1 and 2, "Sesame Street: Old School" is adults-only: "These early 'Sesame Street' episodes are intended for grown-ups, and may not suit the needs of today's preschool child."

(Yeah, I've been a bad blogger. I lost my blogging motivation somewhere and haven't found it yet.)
French President Sarkozy's speech to congress was a nice change. You can read all of it here, but this bit...
.... I want to tell you that whenever an American soldier falls somewhere in the world, I think of what the American army did for France. I think of them and I am sad, as one is sad to lose a member of one’s family.
