Oh!!

I've been trying to figure out why 'Ivan Erwich', the bad guy on 24 this season looked so familiar. He's Badger from Firefly aka Mark Sheppard!! Now I can rest peacfully!

True. The bad guys could have been some kind of breakaway Irish terrorists who refused the orders to disarm.
