Battlestar Last Night

I was going to post at some point in the topicality of last night's Battlestar Galactica episode. Surprisingly "right wing" with the already beat up fleet facing a new threat from their own version of ANSWER 'insurgents'. Jonah Goldberg's take was pretty much what I was thinking, so go read what he has to say instead.

One other thought: they're slowly moving Baltar in the direction of the original one from the old series. At least, that's how it seems to me.

Baltar is a first class weasel. Long live President Roslin. I love when Adama told him to act as tho he was capable of making the tough decisions.

To borrow a phrase from someone else, if Baltar was any more of a weasel he would do every scene with a bloody chicken carcus in his mouth.

Another thing to remember about Baltar is that he is insane. His brain contains two complete different personalities. That has to take a toll.
