TB Or Not TB

Wasn't last night's ep of House aka House M.D. great? Hugh Laurie was in top form. And it was nice seeing Ron Livingston from 'Band of Brothers' as the guest star.

House email list here.

House fanfiction list here.

Dang! For you of course, but also because we have TB questions on the list, and was going to pick your brain about it in context of the show. :)

I would have given anything for House to have answered the other doctor's question about why he didn't like him like this.

House: I hate you because you're a murderer, or at least you want to be. If you have your way and drug companies are forced to give away the life-saving drugs that they've spent hundreds of millions of dollars and decades of time developing and getting FDA approval for then what incentive will they have to develop MORE of those life-saving drugs? Why on earth would they not turn their attention to making better over-the-counter cough syrup or pills to help old men get their willies stiff or any other damn thing that wont get stolen from them the minute it can be proved to work. Right now we're breeding new strains of drug resistant bacteria and even as we speak the next influenza pandemic could be working itself through some chicken's digestive system and you want to effectively destroy the companies whose job it will be to find cures by making it politically incorrect for them to make a profit. I hate you and people like you because you put your pathetic self image above human life. You're no better than the tree huggers who got DDT banned and condemned 50 million people (and counting) to die from malaria. So go ahead and mug for the camera and bring the day when all medical research is in the hands of the government being handled by people with all the dedication and competence on display at the DMV a little bit closer.

Ron Livingston from... oh yeah. He was on that, too.

I kept thinking of Office Space.
