About 18 years ago we put on a sketch at the MidSouthCon called Star Trek: The Liberal Generation. We played it so that every character was gay, except Sulu. That's way more ironic then a black fly in your chardonnay.

I was pretty sure everyone already knew this. However, as has been pointed out elsewhere, Yahoo obviously wants to make anyone who didn't already know feel like a complete moron, since to go with the story they picked just about the GAYEST possible photo of Takei ever taken.

Not that there's anything wrong with that. ;-)

The reason I'm so pleased with myself for figuring it out was due to putting up with much mockery when I didn't know George Michael was gay until he was arrested in the men's room. :)
