Wish Me Luck!

When I was in 8th grade, I had a friend who was Greek, and it was at her house I discovered my love of Avgolemono soup. I always order it if it's on the menu at my favourite Greek place. But I've never tried to make it before -- till tonight. I'm christening the stock I made last weekend to do it too. We'll see how it goes!
