"Mob Rules", the Wed. "House" Post

So, Cameron and House. I have to say I like the idea better than House and Cuddy, which seemed where they were heading in the beginning of the series. I'm kind of surprised Cameron told Chase about it though. Of course, we don't know if she has a lot of friends outside her work, so maybe he was the only person she could really talk to about it. But she had to know he'd probably be dismissive of her feelings. Him telling Foreman was pretty crappy, IMHO.

As far as it goes, I think Cameron and House could work, if that is indeed where this is all heading. It would certainly be interesting to say the least. I like the idea of going against the stereotype that most shows use -- in this case it would be Cuddy since they seem to fight all the time. As a "nice", quiet girl myself, I'd like to see Alison get the guy! Just for once, it would be welcome occurrence. Of course, this could all be moot if she's the one House fires. Hmmmm... That actually has possibilities. She wouldn't work for him anymore, and some other post in the hospital could open up...

The next few episodes will be interesting!

I enjoyed the episode, I'm still not caught up on all the stuff. I'm like 5 episodes behind... BUt i watched last nights live.

Alison is cute when she blushes.

I have to disagree about Cameron and House. Sorry, Ith. She's a good character, but a. she's way too young for him and b. it's destined to end badly.

To put it bluntly: he'd eat her for lunch. Not because he's a sadist and would be deliberately cruel to her for that reason, but rather because he's a masochist, and wouldn't think himself worthy of her and would scare her away the best way he knows how---by being mean. I have a theory that if he were suddenly cured, he would still not be a happy, well-adjusted man. I can't imagine he was one beforehand, either.

Cuddy is not for him, either, but I don't think Cameron's a good choice. I'm still waiting to hear more about this Stacy character. I think that one would be interesting, particularly if she was with him before and after his infarction. That would be interesting to see the before/after angle.

I think I'm more of the mind that if they're going to put him with someone, I'd prefer Cameron to Cuddy. As for him eating her for lunch, I dunno, but it would be just like real life, right? Brutal and heartbreaking. Yeah, lots of angst!:) As for the age difference, that for me isn't an issue. She's old before her years, which is what makes her an interesting character for me. So I guess what I'm saying is I'd like to see it play out, even if it's destined to utter doom.

I do agree with your theory about him before his leg. I don't think he's ever been a happy go lucky guy :)

Oh, and I don't mind the disagreement. :) I'm "odd ship girl". In fact, on my House list, I'm currently dissing Mulder/Scully. Scully belonged with Skinner, damnit! [g]

Scully and SKINNER????

Well, that explains that.
