What I Missed

I really missed a lot of news while I was away, but have been trying to catch up. I see Osama 's made another video -- I guess Michael Moore is moonlighting speech writing for him now, huh? The left in this country must be so damn proud! Considering he's specifically targeting states that vote for Bush in his latest, he must think we're going to be Spain -- I don't think so. Then that news about the Russians helping Saddam move weapons to Syria!! Wow! As for the election, I voted last week and all I can do now is wait. I honestly don't know how it's going to pan out. Either way I'll be crying, but for different reasons obviously. My only ray of light is that if Kerry wins [wards off evil eye], I can spend four years emulating the Dems and whine about him being an illegitimate President. Something for you all to look forward to, I'm sure. I'm going to a gathering tomorrow night for moral support, so either way, at least I won't be alone. I will be glad when it's all over, 'cus I don't think my nerves can take much more.

Welcome back! Another light at the end of the tunnel, if you can call it that, if Kerry wins, Hillary probably won't be able to run for President.

Welcome back. It almost makes you hate to take a vacation, huh?

Only one more day of finger crossing and prayer muttering left. If tommorow is anything like 4 years ago, I'll be skipping work Wednesday...

I just refuse to believe that President Bush could lose to John Kerry. The only thing Kerry has going for him is the MSM. Can they bring him in? I don't think so. In any case when this is over I am going to do everything I can to bring down the media monopoly. Their advertisers have to hear from us. They must not be allowed to get away with their attempted coup.

You 'n' me both, girlfriend. If it's close tomorrow night I might just have to (gasp) drink. But DAG is predicting a blow-out. Geez, I hope he's right. See his prediction on my blog. :)

Welcome back, a couple of days late. :-)

I figure that once I cast my vote, there's nothing else I can do, so I'll have to be happy with the result. Especially knowing that I fulfilled my civic duty to vote. :-)
