We Went, We Saw, We Boogied
Okay, not really:
Very glad I went! And I even volunteered. It was fun watching it with a group, and the food and the company were good too. Very enthusiastic group, and not at all the stereotype of the Republican Party: as many women as men, lots of college age volunteers and attendees, and very multi-ethnic. I'd say we all came away energized and wanting to support the President.
After, they played that video I've been hearing about, and what I'd heard is right: it's pretty devastating and all it does is show Kerry in his own words. You can see it on the web. I'm going to try and watch it again when there aren't a bunch of people in from of me. If you haven't seen it yet, I reccomend a viewing.
