and for the record you have every right to be grouped with Alison Krauss, you're just as funky but slightly less bluegrass-y!
Thanks for the link. Did you see Angel last night?

Posted by: Sharon at May 20, 2004 7:55 AMEveryone is welcome :)
Lemurgirl, LOL! I've had a few people tell me we look very similar, and I love her music. You know how I really sort of discovered her? The song she has on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer soundtrack.
Yes, I saw Angel. Will do a post on it soonish.
Posted by: Ith at May 20, 2004 8:26 AMThat's exactly how i discovered her... I'm now an avid fan :) Though that song is still high on the favourites list :)

Posted by: Lemurgirl at May 20, 2004 12:00 PMReally? Kewl! My current fave song is a duet she does with Brad Paisley called "Whisky Lullabye". Very angsty and depressing song -- just the way I like it!
Posted by: Ith at May 20, 2004 12:04 PMI haven't heard that yet but i will track it down! I love Brad Paisley too so i'm most happy they've done a duet!
It would appear our music tastes are far too similar my dear!

Posted by: Lemurgirl at May 21, 2004 7:04 AMIt's on his newest CD. I think it's called "Mud on the Tires" (I own it so you think I'd know the title, huh?)
I like country, Celtic, alternative, and classical.
