He couldn't get 10% of his party to back him. He's been pulled far to the left since becoming the VP nominee, smooching with Maxine Waters and Al Sharpton and Louis Farrakhan.

He's a broken clock, wrong more than right these days.

Pity he isn't capable of dragging the party back to its pro-defense, low tax roots.

He gets to turn off the lights when he exits.
