Big Freakin' Frodo Face!
I have to mention it because of Andrea. (yes, it's her fault)
I just changed my RotK calendar to May, and I'm greeted by this huge 1 1/2 page Frodo face. His eyes, Precious, are like lakeses! (better to gaze at girls with)
(this is the nicest of the LotR calendars they put out, IMNSHO)

This, btw, amuses the GM1 to no end, especially if he gets me all wound up by saying something nice about Frodo and then watching me spin into a hissy.
I just gots this Sam fixation, I do believe.
He didn't send Sam away and make him cry in the books. When I first saw that scene I did much under my breath grumbling!

In 2000, we on the east coast who actually stayed up to see the end results and then the non-results, and then the results, and then the beginning of the whining, were up until almost 4am. At least, I went to bed at 4am - woke up a couple of hours later to the chaos.

Less than one month til DVD day! Also, do you realize that the election will have come and gone before we get our mitts on the extended version? A good way to celebrate (please, GOD) Bush's second term.
