"French Looking" Indeed

This whole article has me thinking France is a few flakes short of a croissant. Lordie!

“It is so important to have a president who knows Europe, whose spirit is open to its people and culture. Bush is so closed to the world. With Kerry there is a hope that we can start getting along with the United States again,” she said.

Don't expect to be getting along with this American anytime soon, chickie. It'll be a cold day in hell before I forget France's perfidy.

“He is the closest thing that you will have to a French politician, with a certain diplomacy, a certain elegance,” she said.“He is more like a leader would be in Europe,” Mr. Parmentier said. Asked in what way, he laughed and replied: “Well, he doesn't look Texan.”

If there was ever a reason to not vote for Kerry (and there's lots of them, I know), this would be a pretty good one. After all, do we really need "Chirac light" in the White House? He doesn't "look Texan"?? What the heck does that mean? What on earth do the French think a Texan looks like compared to say, a Californian, or an Alaskan? Who knew "Texan" was a new ethnic group. Not I!

It must be all those Blue Cheese fumes....

I sure am glad that the word is out that Europe has influence on our elections. I have to wonder how much money they will try to channel to the DNC. If I wanted a French Pres. I would move to France.
