One More Step to Silence

There's a pharmacist at work who is very liberal. However, every time he starts a rant, I blow him out of the water (the last one was about space exploration).

Today he decided to bash Bush and Republicans in general.

I started walking towards him, and he got quieter and quieter.

Finally, when I was standing next to him, he shut up.

I grinned madly and walked away.

Quite fun.

That is soooo cool! And hey, what are you doing over here? Shoo! Back to your own blog...

I'm allowed over here!

:P

This is where I post my ever-so-rare political bit...

You've got the start of a well-trained liberal there. Next you ought to try training him to heel and fetch.

Have you ever noticed how people on the left increasingly act just like they usually stereotype people on the right as acting?

Know why that is?

The left's become our reactionary element.

Pass it on. ;-)

So true.
I thought that same thought when I heard about the Dems "prebuttal" to the Presidents SOTU address.

"Whatever he says, we're against it..." :P

It is difficult to not get frustrated when you are not the party in power. The longer they go without a taste of control, the whinier they are going to get.

Ninjababe:
I am a sinewy West Texan who knows how to handle firearms and keep motor vehicles in working order. I just fell in love with you. You want to get married or something later?

Go for it Nin! After all, I am already spoken for.

Ith says I should go hand him a dog biscuit, grin widely, and walk away...

Posted by: Ninjababe at January 22, 2004 9:03 PM

Latigo:

Ah... you make me blush!

I'll pencil you into my event calender for next year. How does that sound?

But, you'll need to give Ith some goats (At least three).

That's my current marriage price.

Oh, and a horse or two wouldn't be bad either...

Posted by: Ninjababe at January 22, 2004 9:07 PM

A horse, eh? Instead, how about someone who's hun- er, never mind...
