Spys

Interesting article on Aleksandr Zaporozhsky, and how the Russians lured him back home to arrest for spying against the Soviet Union.

There is more to this than meets the eye, and the ending is the real question of the piece. Keep in mind that many in the KGB and GRU at the time of the original incident are now in the top echelons of civic and mob power over there. While the Russians have always born a grudge and not let anything lie (ask Trostky and the Ukranian leader who found out about prussic acid), finding out why they lured him back will be quite revealing.

It'll be intersting to see what happens.
